I'm Karen - PhD scientist, Registered Associate Nutritionist, health coach, and yoga teacher. I built this site to organise things for myself and share with anyone else who may find it useful.

Everything here is simple, practical and evidence-based where applicable. I'm particularly interested in women's long-term health and how lifestyle factors like nutrition and movement genuinely contribute to it, so you'll find that thread running through a lot of what I write and curate.
