About the Author

I’m a scientist by training, with a PhD in Cell Biology and over fifteen years’ experience working in pharmacovigilance - the science of monitoring medicine safety. Along the way, I also trained as a nutritionist, yoga and meditation teacher, and health coach.

What connects all of this is curiosity, a desire to understand the world around me and how we can live with more intention and vitality.
