About the Author
The Well Digest is written by Karen Houston, PhD, ANutr, whose background spans scientific research, nutrition, behavioural coaching, and mind-body practice.
Her training includes a PhD in Cell Biology, degrees in Pharmacology and Clinical Nutrition, and qualifications in health coaching and yoga, alongside advanced training in mindfulness-based and non-diet approaches.
