I'm Karen - a PhD scientist, Registered Associate Nutritionist, and health coach with a background in biological research and drug safety. I'm interested in what the evidence actually shows, how it applies to real life, and why knowing what to do is rarely the whole problem.

You'll find pieces on nutrition, brain health, sleep, movement, and stress, and a lot on the psychology of behaviour change, because that's usually where we actually get stuck.
