The British Nutrition Foundation have produced a downloadable pdf, which is an example 7 day meal plan which meets the UK food and dietary guidelines, including for fibre and free sugars.

It's great for some inspiration, and how to get enough fruit and veg. It also shows the health benefits of the nutrients and which foods these can be found in. Tasty, practical and educational!

The guide is based on 1750 calories per day, but this can be increased by adjusting portion size to ensure you are getting enough calories.
